Two apartments in this old Victorian House were merged into one. A specially designed staircase, constructed on site by 4M Construction, was placed in the centre, connecting the two levels. Tailored sliding doors were installed by the kitchen and study room, featuring laser-cut patterns to compliment the existing interior style of the client. The classic features of the property were fully restored.
The client had recently acquired the second apartment in the property and wished to merge the two, and give them a coherent decorative interior building on the existing classical features. The client wished to open up the entrances to the kitchen and study room, while still being able to close off the view to these rooms when untidy or in use.
