4M Group were invited by GAP to prepare a masterplanning study for the development of the site occupied by Pembroke Athleta Football Club.
GAP intend to work with the club to develop first class sports facilities to serve the future of the club. These facilities would be open to the public. Commercial, hostel and residential accommodation would be integrated into designs to take advantage of the natural features of the site.
