The award-winning London based design/build architectural practice 4M Group is looking to employ a Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong technical and design skills.

Skills must include:

·         Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
·         Technical detailing, drawing capabilities, and specification writing
·         Project management of projects and teams onsite
·         Strong CAD and freehand skills

The applicant should have at least five years of practice experience (post- diploma or equivalent) with planning/regulatory/tender documentation production understanding. It is vital to demonstrate experience in detailing of previous projects in high-end residential, both on and offsite. A knowledge of standard RIBA contractual obligations, project administration and a keen eye for improving and managing information systems would be advantageous.

Portfolios must demonstrate: sharp attention for detailing of new build and refurbishment, including joinery and fitting; demonstration of the ability to produce full drawing packages; other drawings and demonstrations of design ability are also highly relevant.

Part II Architectural Assistant - London, UK

Your role as part of the team is to work on the design development of high-end national and international residential units, to design sector projects including master planning, as well as to support our senior architects and focus on the drawing and documentation of the schemes at their various stages.

Skills and experience required:

- A minimum of two years of professional experience working on documentation and design development  detailing, model making skills.                                      
- Proficiency in Autocad, InDesign and Photoshop, 3D Packages
-The capability of working independently, and co-operatively as part of the team providing support in  meeting   deadlines. Confident and effective communication skills. Good time-management skills, proactive and well- organised
