4M Group is currently working on a computational program that systematically generates tower structures and facades – independently regulating their internal temperatures to improve energy efficiency.
Various techniques have been employed in the development of this project; including evolutionary optimisation designs, 2D and 3D Voronoi diagram as well as diffusion mechanisms. The software produces unique solutions created with standardized components, which ensures monetary efficiency, and compiles data sheets that detail aspects of the design for manufacturing.
The software incorporates environmental and spatial parameters to choreograph the structure and arrange bespoke internal apartments that create exclusive living and working environments. This also considers the best suited social implications for the surrounding communities. An example of this is the ENK Tower complex - designed and constructed in Prishtina Kosovo, to facilitate the continuing development of this city. |
